Sprott\u2019s School of Aviation was established to give these high-caliber workers a boost so they can soar into the next stage of their careers. About the Founder<\/h3>

Richard Sprott<\/strong> is an experienced aircraft maintainer and award-winning instructor with over 10,000 teaching hours. He holds a Master’s Degree from American Military University in Business Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.<\/p>

Richard began his career as an F-16 Crew Chief in the United States Air Force, where he excelled in various maintenance roles. He was recognized for his maintenance achievements with the Leo Marquez Award and was then selected to become an instructor at Sheppard AFB, Texas. His passion for teaching led him to develop full curriculums and manage other teams of instructors, earning the 8th Fighter Wing’s Instructor of the Year in 2021 for enhancing the educational experience for aircraft maintenance students.<\/p>

As a devoted husband and father, Richard understands the challenges of balancing a demanding career with personal development.
