The courses are unlocked for a specified time period (in the course description). Typically, students can obtain their certification in 1-2 weeks. Our courses are self paced and designed to make sure our students understand the material.

Special extensions may/may not be granted on a case-to-case basis. We will work hard with you to help you get your certifications as easily and quickly as possible. Unfortunately, since this digital content we do not offer any refunds.

We are continuously improving our processes.  We understand everyone has different learning styles and speeds.  We try to adapt to meet each of our student’s needs. Our main goal is to see you succeed! 

Sprott Learning offers a library of free resources for all its’ students. However, outside of the ‘Free Resources Library’ we have a strict policy on not sharing, or reproducing any of our course materials.
